Notice Of Variation Of On-Street Parking Fees The Borough Of Rushmoor
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council in exercise of its powers and duties under Section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 proposes to vary the charges for residents’ parking permits in accordance with this notice, with effect from Friday 27th December 2024 having discharged its duty under section 122 of the Act.

This notice only applies to the charges above and in all other respects the provisions of The Rushmoor Borough Council (Various Roads, Aldershot) (Prohibition and Restriction of various waiting restrictions) Order 2022 AND; The Rushmoor Borough Council (Various Roads in Farnborough) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and on street parking places) (Farnborough Consolidation) Order 2021
