Dylai unrhyw unigolion sydd am wrthwynebu’r cynllun arfaethedig yma leisio hynny’n ysgrifenedig gan ddefnyddio’r manylion isod. Dylai nodi’r cyfeirnod perthnasol a manylion am y gwrthwynebiad. Rhaid i wrthwynebiadau gyrraedd y cyfeiriad isod 19 Rhagfyr 2024 fan bellaf.

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123(1) (2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
Notice is hereby given that the County Borough Council of Rhondda Cynon Taff intends to dispose of the following areas of land within Rhondda Cynon Taff which consists or forms part of an open space.
Land to the rear of 16 Park Place, Treherbert, CF42 5LN
Any persons wishing to object to the proposed disposal should write to the undermentioned (quoting the relevant reference number) with details of the objection, such objection to be received by the undermentioned no later than the 19 December 2024
