NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 14th day of November 2024 Cornwall Council made the above Orders operational from 2nd day of December 2024 to regulate traffic in Illogan, Pool, Portreath, Redruth and Troon. The effect is to introduce, amend and revoke waiting restrictions along the lengths of road described below. The Orders and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY.

Please quote reference Infra22-235 on all correspondence relating to Bridge Road, Church Road, Parc an Lann, Robartes Terrace and Ventonraze, reference Infra23-006 on all correspondence relating to Tregea Hill and reference EDG2102 on all correspondence relating to the remaining sites.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 14th November 2024, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
