The County of Cornwall (Infra24-258) (Bissoe) (Various Roads) (Speed Limit) (Amendment) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cornwall Council proposes to make the above Orders to regulate traffic in Bissoe. The effect is to amend the existing 30mph and 40mph speed limits along the lengths of road described below.
It is also intended to digitise and consolidate other existing speed limits into the following Orders:
The County of Cornwall (Infra24-258) (Chacewater) (Various Roads) (Speed Limit) (Revocation and Consolidation) Order 2024; The County of Cornwall (Infra24-258) (West Central Cornwall) (Various Roads) (30mph Rural Speed Limit) (Revocation and Consolidation) Order 2024 and The County of Cornwall (Infra24-258) (West Central Cornwall) (Various Roads) (40mph Rural Speed Limit) (Revocation and Consolidation) Order 2024.

Comments of support, objections or any other representations, must be sent in writing, with objections specifying the grounds on which they are made, to Cormac, Infrastructure Design, Radnor Road, Scorrier, Redruth, TR16 5EH. BISSOE 30mph Speed Limit Road from junction at Bissoe Tramway Cycle Hire to Grenna Lane from a point 130m west of its junction with Road from Bissoe Hill to the Crossroads at Rose Cottage to its junction with Road from junction at Riverside to Junction at Bissoe Tramway Cycle Hire.
40mph Speed Limit Access to Hillside Farm from junction east of Hillside; Road from junction at Bissoe Tramway Cycle Hire to Grenna Lane from a point 130m west of its junction with Road from Bissoe Hill to the Crossroads at Rose Cottage to its junction with Grenna Lane; Road from Bissoe to junction north of Hollybush Cottage; Road from Bissoe Hill to the Crossroads at Rose Cottage; Bissoe Hill.
