HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel yi diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid Ilai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a fydd air effaith o wahardd cerddwyr rhag mynd ar hyd:
Y rhan honno o Lwybr Troed RUDR/FP2/5. T9 Gawla Isaf i Afon Rhymni, Cefn Mabli.
Bydd y Ilwybr amen i gerddwyr ar gael ar hyd Ilwybrau cyhoeddus amgen.
Bydd y Gorchymyn dros dro yn weithredol o 29 Tachwedd 2024 am hyd at chwe mis neu nes body gwaith wedi ei gwblhau. Disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 29 Mai 2025.

FOOTPATH RUDR/FP2/5 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along:
That section of Footpath Number RUDR/ FP2/5. Ty Gawla Isaf to Rhymney River, Cefn Mably.
The alternative route for pedestrians will be available via alternative public paths.
The temporary order will be effective from 29 November 2024 up to a maximum duration of six months or until the works are completed. It is anticipated that the works will be completed by 29 May 2025.
The closure is required by Caerphilly County Borough Council.
The reason for making the Order is to allow for bridge refurbishment works.
