HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a fydd a'r effaith o wahardd cerddwyr rhag mynd ar hyd:

Pont droed Moriah Hill, Moriah Hill, Rhisga; a

Phont droed Rifleman Street, yn agos i Rifleman Street, Rhisga

Dyma'r llwybrau amgen i gerddwyr:

Bydd y Gorchymyn dros dro yn weithredol o 28 Tachwedd 2024 am hyd at chwe mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau. Disgwylir i'r gwaith ar bont droed Moriah Hill a phont droed Rifleman Street gael ei gwblhau erbyn 28 Mai 2025.

MORIAH HILL FOOTBRIDGE, RISCA AND RIFLEMAN STREET FOOTBRIDGE, RISCA

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER 2024

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along:

Moriah Hill Footbridge Moriah Hill, Risca and

Rifleman Street Footbridge off Rifleman Street, Risca

The alternative routes for pedestrians will be

The temporary order will be effective from 28th November 2024 up to a maximum duration of six months or until the works are completed. It is anticipated that the Moriah Hill Footbridge works and the Rifleman Street Footbridge works will be completed by 28th May 2025

The closure is required by Core Highways

The reason for making the Order is to allow for bridge refurbishment
