What is happening?

ANGUS COUNCIL

TRAFFIC ORDER

On 18/11/2024 Angus Council made The Angus Council (Guthrie Port Arbroath) (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving and Waiting) Order 2024 under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, for the purpose of the reconstruction of Guthrie Port Roundabout. The effect of the Order is to prohibit motorised traffic on Guthrie Port Arbroath, and prohibit the parking of vehicles on Hamilton green, Arbroath. The Order will come into force on 23/11/2024 for a period of 21 weeks. Full details of the Order are available at www.angus.gov.uk/trafficorders. The maximum duration in terms of the act is 18 months
