Eckersall Road - Introduce No Waiting At Any Time Restrictions
What is happening?
BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
(ECKERSALL ROAD, KINGS NORTON NORTH)
(TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce No Waiting at any time Restrictions on lengths of ECKERSALL ROAD and CATESBY PARK.
Full details of these proposals are in the draft Order which, together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, will be made available on request. (Contact Syed Hassan Tel: 0121 303 5157: email: syed.hassan@birmingham.gov.uk).
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by the 12th December 2024
