What is happening?
BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
(PERSHORE ROAD ETC, BOURNBROOK & SELLY PARK) (TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce No Waiting at any time restrictions on lengths of PERSHORE ROAD, SELLY PARK ROAD, GREENLAND ROAD, DOGPOOL LANE, MANILLA ROAD, FASHODA ROAD, CECIL ROAD, KITCHENER ROAD, HOBSON ROAD, OAKFIELD ROAD, EASTERN ROAD, UPLAND ROAD and SELLY WICK ROAD.
Full details of these proposals are in the draft Orders which, together with the plans and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, will be made available on request (Contact Marie Brown Tel: 07824 694255: email: marie.brown@birmingham.gov.uk).
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by the 12th December 2024.
