NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of
Armthorpe Road at Intake in the City of Doncaster District and
suspend the parking bay as described in the Schedule to this
notice on the dates and times referred to in the
said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works to install a new telecommunications
pole are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Sandringham Road, Zetland Road,
Thorne Road.

have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of
Broomhouse Lane at Edlington in the City of Doncaster
District as described in the Schedule to this notice on the
dates and times referred to in the said Schedule.

are undertaken.

3) Introduce a 20mph speed limit inbound on Wakefield Road,
Hampole from its junction with A1M northbound entry and exit

to a point 396m south east of its junction with

4) Introduce a 20mph speed limit outbound Wakefield Road,
Adwick le Street from a point 175m north west of its junction
with The Oval to a point 342m north west of its junction with

5) Introduce a 20mph speed limit on Rockingham Way,
Brodsworth in both directions from its junction with Redhouse
Roundabout to its junction with Rockingham Way
Roundabout One
6) Close Redhouse Roundabout, Adwick le Street in sections
on various nights in its entirety
7) Close Rockingham Way, Brodsworth exit slip from
its junction with Redhouse Roundabout for 35m in a
southerly direction
8) Close Rockingham Way, Brodsworth entry slip from
its junction with Redhouse Roundabout to its junction with
Malton Way
9) Close Wakefield Road, Adwick le Street in sections on
various nights from a point 92m south east of its junction with
Rockingham Way to a point 75m north west of its junction with
Rockingham Way.
Dates and Times
19:00hrs 24th November 2024 until 06:00hrs 29th November
2024
The closures are to take place in phases each night between
19:00hrs and 06:00hrs. The temporary 40mph speed limit will
be in force throughout, the temporary 20mph speed limit will
only be in force between the 19:00hrs and 06:00hrs

effect will be to prohibit any vehicle from entering, proceeding
or waiting in those length of Catling Lane, Church Road,
Stainforth Road, Top Road at Barnby Dun in the City of
Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to this notice
on the dates and times referred to in the said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works to carriageway resurfacing of the
junction are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Stainforth Road, Doncaster Road,
Church Road, Station Road, Broadway, High Street, Thorne
Road, Thorne Road Hatfield Lane Roundabout, Armthorpe
Lane, Top Road, Hatfield Ward, Stainforth & Barnby Dun Ward,
Edenthorpe & Kirk Sandall Ward and vice versa.
Any vehicle that is in contravention of the waiting restriction
imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions
of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
Any contravention of the prohibitions or restrictions imposed
by this Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.
