What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION (14.1) The council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.

ABERDEEN ROAD N18 - 4389

Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential Utility Works

Operational Date and times: Between 22:00 hours on 21 November 2024 and 05:00 hours on 22 November 2024 or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order will be to prohibit traffic from entering or proceeding on this road at its junction with Angel Road to outside the common boundary of No.60/61 Aberdeen Road.

ORDNANCE ROAD EN3 - 4390

Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential Railway Works

Operational Date and times:

Between 23:00 hours on 25 November 2024 and 05:00 hours on 26 November 2024 or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order will be to prohibit traffic from entering or proceeding on this road, from its junction with Ferndale Road to a point 20 metres east of the railway crossing.

While road closures are in operation.

RIDGE CREST EN2 - 4391

Reason for 14(1) Order - Essential works

Operational Date and times: "At Any time" on 25 November 2024 for 19 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order will be to prohibit traffic from entering or proceeding on this road at its junction with The Ridgeway EN2, south westwards for approximately 15 metres.

While road closures are in operation local diversions will be in operation.

OLD PARK RIDINGS AND THE CHINE N21 - 4392

Reason for 14(1) Order - Water Works

Operational Date and times:

"At Any time" on 27 November 2024 for 3 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order will be to:

Close The Chine at its junction with  Old Park Ridings; and

* Suspend parking on both sides of Old Park Ridings, from the north eastern flank wall of No.81 Old Park Ridings to the common boundary of Nos.99/101 Old Park Ridings.

While road closures are in operation local diversions will be in operation.

QUEENSWAY AND HIGH STREET EN3 - 4393

Reason for 14(1) Order - Water Works

Operational Date and times: "At Any time" on 27 November 2024 for 2 days or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order will be to:

Close Queensway at its junction with High Street EN3; and

* Close the northbound cycle lane, from the common boundary of Nos. 240/242 High Street EN3 to outside the common boundary of Nos. 250/252 High Street EN3.

* While road closures are in operation local diversions will be in operation.

FOOTPATH NO. 14 BETWEEN BULLS CROSS AND THE A10 GREAT CAMBRIDGE ROAD EM57

Reason for 14(1) Order - Follow on from 14.2 notice

Operational Date and times: "At Any time" on 18 November 2024 for 10 weeks or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order will be to close footpath No. 14 between Bulls Cross and Great Cambridge Road. While the footpath is closed the diversion route will be via Bulls Cross, Turkey Street, Great Cambridge Road and vice versa.

BALAAMS LANE N14 - EM58

Reason for 14(1) Order - Follow on from 14.2 notice

Operational dates and times:

At Any Time on 18 November 2024 for 10 weeks or until works are completed.

The general effect of the Order would be to close Balaams Lane N14 from its junction with High Street, N14, to 30 metres southwest on Baalams Lane.

While road closures are in operation local diversions would be in operation
