The County of Cornwall (B3274 Between Junction South East Of Bogee Farm And Winnards Perch, Access To Higher Trevibban Farm, B3274 Between High Road And Junction South East Of Bogee Farm, High Road, St Columb) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Columb. This prohibition is necessary for works to repair carraigeway and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd December 2024 to 13th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included. 

Roads affected - B3274 Between Junction South East Of Bogee Farm And Winnards Perch, Access To Higher Trevibban Farm, B3274 Between High Road And Junction South East Of Bogee Farm for their entire length, High Road, Wadebridge from Road From High Road To Dark Lane to the A389.

The County of Cornwall (Bolingey Road, St Mawgan) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Mawgan. This prohibition is necessary for ditching and siding works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd December 2024 to 4th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Bolingey Road, St Mawgan between Trezell Farm and Oak Valley Farm.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell. This prohibition is necessary for new fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd December 2024 to 13th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Road From Boswinger To Hemmick Cottage, St Austell from junction with Road From Junction South Of Penvergate To Menagwins to grid reference SW 99141:40942.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th December 2024 or one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Came Hill, St Dennis from junction with Road From Came Hill To Came Farm to No 2 Came Cottages.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th December 2024 to 6th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Carnego Lane, Summercourt from grid references SW 88794:55294 and SW 89033:54701.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bodmin. This prohibition is necessary for patching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd December 2024 to 6th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Roads affected - Road From Respryn Road To Cutmadoc Farm, Road From Junction East Of Colgare House To The Belts, Road From Cutmadoc Farm To Junction South West Of Cutmadoc, Bodmin between entrance to Lanhydrock House and from Turfdown Road to Cutmadoc Farm.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Carlyon Bay.

This prohibition is necessary for works to clean out underground boxes and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd December 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Sea Road, Cypress Avenue, Carlyon Bay from the junction with Crinnis Close to the entrance for the Bowling Green.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Dennis. This prohibition is necessary for fire hydrant repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th December 2024 to 20th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Enniscaven Road, St Dennis from the War Memorial to outside Moorview.

The County of Cornwall (Footpath 3 in the Parish of Roche) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of highway in Roche. 

This prohibition is necessary to allow for tie in to St Austell Link Road and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd December 2024 to 13th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

Public right of way affected - Footpath 3 in the Parish of Roche between grid references SW 98532:61573 and SW 98480:61353.

(RTRA 1984) 

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 17th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpaths 19, 20, 21 and 22 in the Parish of Roche for their entire length. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the public right of way to construct new road layout. 

The Order will come into operation on 18th November 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 18th May 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 28th October 2024 for a period of up to 21 days. 

Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th December 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting and gully sucking works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd December 2024 to 6th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for overhead works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th December 2024 to 19th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Lower Trevance Road, Wadebridge from adjacent to property known as Little Acre to opposite property known as Meadowbank.
