The County of Cornwall (Various Roads Goonhavern) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic and Stopping) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 18th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Goonhavern. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd December 2024 to 13th December 2024. Roads subject to prohibition - Halt Road, Goonhavern and Bodmin Road, Goonhavern for their entire lengths and B3285 Between Bodmin Road And The A30 West Of Penny Come Quick, Zelah between the junction of Bodmin Road and grid reference SW81102 53024.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Goonhavern. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site. Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Halt Road, Goonhavern and Bodmin Road, Goonhavern for their entire lengths and B3285 Between Bodmin Road And The A30 West Of Penny Come Quick, Zelah between the junction of Bodmin Road and grid reference SW81102 53024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Helston. This prohibition is necessary for tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th December 2024 to 20th December 2024.

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Helford, Helston between the property named Creek Cottage and the junction of Treath. There is no alternative route. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Argal.

This prohibition is necessary for SAMs and gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th December 2024 to 18th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1600, weekdays only. Roads affected - Road From Hillhead Road To Penwarne Road, Argal and Hillhead Road, Kergilliack for their entire lengths. An alternative route will be signed on site. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th December 2024 to 18th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th December 2024 to 20th December 2024. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th November 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Helston. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th December 2024 for one day.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Truro. This prohibition is necessary for manhole repair works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th December 2024 to 24th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.
