TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257
AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14

SALTFLEET PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 50
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2024
The above Order was made on 30 October 2024. The effect of the Order will be to divert the whole width of footpath in the parish of Saltfleet running from the unaffected part of Saltfleet Public Footpath Number 50 at Point A (OSGR TF 4554 9404) in a north westerly direction for approximately 41 metres to Point D (OSGR TF 4551 9406) where it continues its unaffected route. The total length of footpath to be diverted is approximately 41 metres shown between points A-D on the Order Drawing Number N/155/01754/23-02
TO AN ALTERNATIVE ROUTE in the parish of Saltfleet to be 2 metres in width, running from the unaffected part of Saltfleet Public Footpath Number 50 at Point A (OSGR TF 4554 9404) in a north easterly direction for approximately 2.5 metres to Point B (OSGR TF 4554 9404) continuing in a north westerly direction for approximately 41 metres to Point C (OSGR TF 4552 9406) then continuing in a south westerly direction for approximately 2.5 metres to Point D (OSGR TF 4551 9406). The total length of footpath to be added to be approximately 46 metres as shown between points A-B-C-D on the Order Drawing Number N/155/01754/23-02.
A copy of the Order and the Order Drawing have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Main Reception, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub and Willow House, Mareham Road, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 6PH between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Michelle Walker, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub and Willow House, Mareham Road, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 6PH (e-mail: michelle. walker@e-lindsey.gov.uk) not later than 20 December 2024. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, East Lindsey District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. Any representations or objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation.
