What is happening?

EASTFIELD AVENUE, WHITLEY BAY II TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
North Tyneside Council gives notice that it has made an Order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order prohibits all through traffic on Eastfield Avenue, Whitley Bay. Works to be carried out in two halves to allow residential access.
The Order will come into force on 3 December 2024 for a period not exceeding 5 days.
