DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.

Mae angen cau’r rhan yma o’r ffordd er mwyn cynnal gosod wyneb newydd arni hi, yn rhan o gynllun deuoli’r A4119.

Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau rhannau yma’r ffyrdd yn ystod y dyddiadau a’r amseroedd sydd wedi’u nodi, neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau:-

1. A4119, Tonyrefail, o Gylchfan Tretomas i Gylchfan Coedelái, gan gynnwys Cylchfan Coedelái, ffordd ddynesu Heol Cwm Elái a ffordd ddynesu Mynydd Garthmaelwg at Gylchfan Coedelái).
Hyd: Cau dros nos rhwng 9.00pm ar 19 Tachwedd a 6.00am ar 20 Tachwedd 2024

2. Yr A4119, o gylchfan Ynysmaerdy i gylchfan Coedelái (i gynnwys Cylchfan Ynysmaerdy a Chylchfan Coedelái os oes angen).

Hyd: Fydd y ffyrdd ddim ar gau dros nos am fwy na 5 noson,a hynny ar unrhyw ddydd o’r wythnos rhwng oriau 9.00pm a 6.00am y diwrnod canlynol. Bydd hyn yn berthnasol am y cyfnod rhwng 19 Tachwedd a 31 Rhagfyr 2024 neu nes bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau.

Bydd arwyddion yn eu lle 7 diwrnod cyn i’r ffyrdd gael eu cau.

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL

(A4119 TONYREFAIL - YNYSMAERDY ROUNDABOUT) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.

The closure is necessary to facilitate resurfacing works to complete the A4119 dualling scheme.

The effect of the Order will be to close the following sections of roads between the specified dates and times, or until such time as the works have been completed: -

1. A4119, Tonyrefail, from the Thomastown Roundabout to the Coedely Roundabout, (including the Coedely Roundabout and the Ely Valley Road approach and the Mynydd Garthmaelwg approach to the Coedely Roundabout).

Duration: Overnight closure from 9.00pm on 19th November to 6.00am on 20th November 2024

2. A4119, from the Ynysmaerdy Roundabout to the Coedely Roundabout (to include the Ynysmaerdy Roundabout and the Coedely Roundabout, if necessary).

Duration: Overnight closures limited to a maximum of 5 No. instances, any day of the week, between the hours of 9:00pm and 6:00am the following day, during the period from 19th November to 31st December 2024 or until the works are completed.

Advanced warning signs will be in place 7 days prior to the closures commencing.

Alternative Route - available via A4119 Ely Valley Road, A473 Church Village Bypass, Tonteg Road, Upper Boat Roundabout, A470, A4058 (between Pontypridd and Tonypandy), A4119 Tonypandy Roundabout, Clydach Vale Roundabout, Williamstown Roundabout, Tonyrefail Roundabout and A4119

Access will be maintained for pedestrians, emergency services and to premises.
