What is happening?
PUBLIC NOTICE
THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL
(PENNWOOD LANE) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Pennwood Lane in both directions
outside property 3.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 27 November 2024 until
28 November 2024.
The diversion route is: Church Hill, Wakeley Hill and vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate a short comm pipe renew and boundary box installation by Severn Trent Water.
