PUBLIC NOTICE

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL

(ASH HILL) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF

TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991,
prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Ash Hill in both directions outside property 1. Access/egress to frontages to be maintained.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken on 18 November 2024 between 08:00 and 16:00.
The Order is required to facilitate a telegraph pole installation by BT Openreach.
