What is happening?

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF REDBRIDGE

THE REDBRIDGE (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (AMENDMENT NO.**) ORDER 202*

(NOTE: This notice is about the introduction of a 24-hour prohibition of motor vehicles on Thorpedale Gardens at the junction of Queenborough Gardens. Objections may be made – see paragraph 4).

1.NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

2.The general effect of the Orders will be to prohibit all motor vehicles (except TG1 permit holders and emergency vehicles) at any time in Thorpedale Gardens between the north-east kerb-line of Queensborough Gardens and the common boundary of No. 58 Queensborough Gardens and No. 45 Rosedene Gardens.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders, map-plans and documents giving detailed particulars of the proposals may be examined at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday inclusive (except Bank or public holidays) until the last day of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date the Orders are made, or the Council decides not to make the Orders.

All objections and other representations to the proposed Orders must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and should be sent to 2nd Floor (Front), Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY (quoting reference RED1056) or by email to: DCInbox@redbridge.gov.uk within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice. Any objection may be communicated to, or seen by, other persons who may have an interest in the matter.
