NOTICE OF INTENTION TO REVOKE IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART IV OF SCHEDULE 9
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
C399 STATION ROAD ASHINGTON
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION REVOCATON) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intend to revoke an Order made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended the effect of which is to revoke in its entirety the following Order:
C399 Station Road Ashington dated 9th January 2024 and which came into force on the 15th January 2024.
Which had the effect of a:-
Road Closure on the C399 Station Road Ashington from its junction with North Seaton Road heading in a westerly direction for a length of 230 metres in the County of Northumberland.
This Revocation Order will be effective from 23:59 hours on Tuesday 26th November 2024.
