U9723 TILLMOUTH AVENUE SEATON DELAVAL
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U9723 Tillmouth Avenue Seaton Delaval from its junction with Kyloe Avenue to its junction with Cheswick Road for a length of 30 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 18th November 2024 until the 16th May 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 25th November 2024 until the 28th November 2024 between the hours of 09:30 and 15:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 16th May 2025.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via Swarland Road, Woodside Avenue and vice versa.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council to carryout carriageway patching. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
