TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS
Derby City Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit use of the roads by traffic.
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON DRYSDALE ROAD, DERBY
WHEN: 04 December 2024 to 06 December 2024
WHERE: Drysdale Road, from its junction with Denver Road for a distance of approximately 30 metres in a northerly direction
REASON: Telecom works
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Drysdale Road – Chilson Drive – Ladybank Road – Rothwell Road – Denver Road – Drysdale Road and the same in the opposite direction
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON BUXTON ROAD, DERBY
WHEN: 02 December 2024 to 06 December 2024 (Daily: 08:00 to 15:30 Only). WHERE: Buxton Road, from its junction with Max Road to its junction with Gertrude Road
REASON: Carriageway resurfacing
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Buxton Road – Taddington Road – Canterbury Street – Worcester Crescent – Max Road and the same in the opposite direction And Marjorie Road – Worcester Crescent – Max Road and the same in the opposite direction And Marjorie Road – Wollaton Road – Taddington Road – Buxton Road and the same in the opposite direction
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ORDER ON LIME LANE, DERBY
WHEN: 25 November 2024 to 09 December 2024 (Daily: 09:00 to 15:30 Only) WHERE: Lime Lane, from its junction with A608 Hill Top to its junction with Morley Road
REASON: Carriageway works

WHEN: 16 November 2024 to 17 November 2024 (Daily: 07:00 to 20:00 Only) WHERE: Oregon Way, at it’s junction with Derby Road, Derby REASON: Construction work
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Nottingham Road – Sunny Grove – Lexington Road – Lewiston Road – Oregon Way and the same in the opposite direction And Nottingham Road – Lime Grove – Lexington Road – Lewiston Road – Oregon Way and the same in the opposite direction
