(Wooding Grove, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1 To temporarily close that length of Wooding Grove, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Helions Road to its end (including side road) a total distance of approximately 275m. 2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in the above
length of road for the duration of the closure only. "The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 12th December 2024 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2373922 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while machine surfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. No alternative route available.
The Order will come into effect on 21st November 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Blackacre Road, Theydon Bois) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Blackacre Road, Theydon Bois in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 340m south west of its junction with Theydon Park Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a south westerly direction to its end. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th November 2024 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410249400 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pipe installation works are undertaken by Affinity Water. No alternative route is available.
The Order came into effect on 7th November 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Church Road, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 235m south east then north east of its junction with Rose Court for a distance of approximately 20m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 29th November 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU093MCW-NL-06675241 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, Lippitts Hill, Mott Street and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 7th November 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hamstel Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hamstel Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Park Mead for a distance of approximately 60m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th November 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WFQPK96WETHSB - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while ducting works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Hamstel Road, Hodings Road, Fourth Avenue and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 7th November 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Lindsey Street, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lindsey Street, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Woodberry Down for a distance of approximately 50m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th November 2024 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06059131LS - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while main installation works are undertaken by Affinity Water An alternative route is available via Lindsey Street, Bury Lane, High Road, High Street, Palmers Hill and vice versa.

(Paringdon Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Paringdon Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Ployters Road to its junction with Woodhill a distance of approximately 1320m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in the above length of road for the duration of the closure only.
"The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 25th November 2024 for 5 nights (20:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2375976 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while machine surfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Paringdon Road, Southern Way and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 7th November 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
