TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND RESTRICTION OF VARIOUS ROADS (VARIOUS PARISHES) VARIOUS DISTRICTS

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the roads as detailed in the Schedule below.

SCHEDULE

The reason for the closures is for Carriageway Patching works.

There will be no stopping or waiting permitted throughout the duration of the works.

The roads are expected to be closed on a rolling programme commencing 18th November 2024, where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures taking effect. This order can permit the closure of the roads in any order, or simultaneously as required and it is anticipated all works will be completed by 30th April 2025. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF C8010 GRANGE ROAD (GRANGE & TUFFLEY WARD) GLOUCESTER CITY

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C8010 Grange Road from its junction with Enborne Close to its junction with Holmwood Drive for a distance of approximately 162 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for maintenance and de-vegetation works.

The said road is expected to be closed each night between 22:00hrs and 06:00hrs from 
18th November 2024 until 23rd November 2024 only or until the said works have been

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C62 Tewkesbury Road from outside the Land North Hillfields, for a distance of approximately 30 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for works by Severn Trent Water.

TEMPORARY CLOSURES OF VARIOUS ROADS (NEWENT TOWN) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT

The reason for the said closures is to provide a safe working area for engineers to access telegraph poles in order to provide fibre overhead cabling.

The said roads are expected to be closed between 09:30hrs and 15:30hrs on a “rolling programme”, commencing 18th November 2024, where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closure/restrictions taking effect. TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY MPA76 PAINSWICK BRIDLEWAY 76 (PAINSWICK PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) the Public Bridleway MPA76 from the entrance to the said Bridleway to opposite the Pyll Barn for a total distance of approximately 110 metres.

The said closure is necessary for works to install fibre optic cables.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VARIOUS ROADS (VARIOUS WARDS) CHELTENHAM BOROUGH

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily restrict part of the lengths of roads as detailed in the Schedule below (“the Roads”)

SCHEDULE

There will be no stopping or waiting permitted of vehicles throughout the duration of the intended restrictions.

The reason for the said restrictions is to keep the roads clear whilst coaches drop off and pickup school children on the Promenade.

The Roads are expected to be restricted between 8:00hrs and 18:00hrs, commencing from 29th November 2024 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the restrictions taking effect. This intended Order will permit the restriction of the Roads in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all restrictions will be completed by the 10th January 2025.
