The City of Peterborough Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024 –
A1260 Nene Parkway & A1139 Fletton Parkway Ref: 25-184
Notice is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough has made an Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the roads
detailed in the schedule below.

The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above roads. The alternative routes for vehicles affected by this order are detailed in the schedule. The proposed order
will come into force on the 18/11/2024 and will continue until the signage works have been completed or until the 17/11/2025, whichever is the earlier. The City of Peterborough Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024 – Peterborough Road, Stanground Ref: 25-189
Notice is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough has made an Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known
as Peterborough Road, Stanground, as lies between Bedstone Way and the Cambridgeshire Boundary. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is: Fletton Parkway, The Serpentine, London Road, Broadway (Yaxley), Peterborough Road (Farcet) and vice versa. The proposed order will come into force on the 17/11/2024 and will continue until the S.278 works have been completed or until the 16/11/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place on 17/11/2024 only.

The City of Peterborough Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024 – Uffington Road Barnack Ref: 25-178
Notice is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough has made to an Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, the effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Uffington Road Barnack as lies between points 10 metres either side of the Uffington Level Crossing.
The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is: via Uffington Road, A1175 Main Rd, Tallington
Rd, B1443 Barnack Rd, Station Rd, Bainton Rd and vice versa. The proposed Order will come into force on the 16/11/2024 and will continue until the railway level crossing maintenance works have been completed or until
the 15/11/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between 16/11/2024 and 18/11/2024. BR2
The City of Peterborough Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024 – A1139 Fletton Parkway Ref: 25-179
Notice is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough has made an Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road
known as A1139 Fletton Parkway, junction 4 of southbound on slip. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. There is no alternative route. The proposed order will come into force on the 19/11/2024 and will continue until the service disconnection works have been completed or until the 18/11/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site.

The City of Peterborough Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic Order 2024 – A1139 Fletton Parkway Ref: 25-180
Notice is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough has made an Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road
known as A1139 Fletton Parkway, junction 1 of eastbound off slip. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected
by this order is: Fletton Parkway east bound, exit junction 2, Fletton Parkway westbound, exit junction 1. The proposed order will come into force on the 21/11/2024 and will continue until the cut and patch works have been completed or until the 20/11/2025, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site.

The City of Peterborough Goldhay Way, Orton, Peterborough – Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991
(Temporary Restriction of Through Traffic) Notice 2024 Ref: 25-201
The effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Goldhay Way, Orton as lies between Paxton Road and Orton Parkway Roundabout 25. Access will be maintained to properties affected by
this Notice. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is via: Orton Parkway, Fletton Parkway
Roundabout 1 Eastbound on Slip, Fletton Parkway, Fletton Parkway Roundabout 2 Eastbound Off Slip, Goldhay Way and vice versa. This notice is made in the interest of new telecoms pole root installation works and will
remain effective for no more than 5 days between 09:00hrs and 15:00hrs from the 18/11/2024. The Notice shall not apply to any persons lawfully engaged in connection with any works for which it is made, any member of the Police Force, Fire and Rescue Service, Ambulance Service, a vehicle being used by Special Forces during the execution of their duties or any person acting with permission or upon the direction of a police Officer in uniform.
