What is happening?
GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE 400511 MILL LANE (MICKLETON PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400511 Mill Lane, from its junction with High Street to its junction with Chapel Lane for a distance of approximately 148 meters.
The reason for the said closure is for works to install an underground electricity cable.
The road is expected to be closed from 18th November 2024 until 30th November 2024 or until the works have been completed, whichever is the later. For further information, please contact Gloucestershire Highways on 08000 514 514 or visit www.gloucestershire.gov.uk.
Alternative Route – as signed on site. Emergency access and pedestrian access to adjacent properties will be maintained.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 400723 MAIN ROAD THROUGH LOWER ODDINGTON (ODDINGTON PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400723 Main Road through Lower Oddington from the entrance to the property known as Jordans to outside the property known as Oddington Grange for a distance of approximately 142 meters.
The reason for the said closure is for bollard installation works.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE C133 MORTON ROAD (LONGBOROUGH PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C133 Morton Road, from its junction with Tewkesbury Road to a point outside the property known as Colleymoor Farm for a distance of approximately 1,625 meters.
The reason for the said closure is for works to install a new water main.

There will be no stopping or waiting permitted throughout the duration of the works.
The said roads are expected to be closed on a rolling programme commencing 2nd December 2024, where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the closures and restrictions are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the works taking place. The Order may permit the closure of the roads in any order or simultaneously as required, and it is anticipated all works will be completed by 31st March 2025. TEMPORARY CLOSURE A424 FROM STOW ROAD TO EVESHAM ROAD (LONGBOROUGH PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the A424 Road, from Stow Road to Evesham Road, from its junction with Stow Road to its junction with Ganborough Road for a distance of approximately 247 meters.
The reason for the said closure is for the installation of New Electrical Service works.
