THE A46 TRUNK ROAD (WARWICK,
WARWICKSHIRE) (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited (Company no. 9346363) intends to make an order on the A46 Trunk Road, at Warwick, in the County of Warwickshire, to allow new ducting to be installed.
The effect of the Order will be to close the entry slip road leading to the northbound carriageway of the A46 Warwick Bypass, from the roundabout junction with the A425 and A4177 Birmingham Road, at Warwick.
The work will be carried out over night between 20:00 hours and 06:00 hours and is expected to start on Monday 9 December 2024 and continue for five nights. The Order will come into force on 2 December 2024.
A diversion route via an alternative junction of the A46 will be signed.
Vehicles being used for police, fire and rescue authority, ambulance or traffic officer purposes and vehicles being used in connection with the works or for winter maintenance purposes will be exempt from the closure.
