ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
PART OF CANKLOW MEADOWS CANKLOW ROTHERHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Canklow Meadows from a point 180m south east of its north west junction with A618 West Bawtry Road for a distance of approximately 40m in an easterly direction from 9pm on Monday 18th November until 6am on Tuesday 19th November 2024.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the order will be via A618 West Bawtry Road (westbound), A631 Canklow Roundabout, A618 West Bawtry Road and vice versa.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Maintenance of telecommunication apparatus).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Kilnhurst Road from its junction with Rosehill Avenue to its junction with
St Nicholas Road on Monday 18th November 2024.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the
Order will be via St Nicolas Road, Claypit Lane, Green Lane, Dale Road, Kilnhurst Road - and vice versa.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (New manhole cover and frame).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Steel Street, Holmes from its junction with Holmes Lane to a point on Steel Street 50 metres in a southerly direction from 11pm on Saturday 16th November until 8.30am on Sunday 17th November 2024.
NOTICE is further given that there is no alternative route for traffic affected by the order.

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Upper Whiston Lane from a point approximately 200m east of its junction of A618 Pleasley Road for a distance of approximately 500m in an easterly direction on Tuesday 26th November and Wednesday 27th November 2024.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the
Order will be via A618 Pleasley Road, Guilthwaite Common Lane and vice versa.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Telecom works).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Leedham Road from a point approximately 60 metres northeast of the junction with Great Bank Road for a distance of approximately 60 metres in an east, south-easterly direction from Monday 25th November until Thursday 28th November 20204.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative routes for vehicles affected will be via Great Bank Road, Gallow Tree Road, Elmhirst Drive and Vice Versa.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Installation of new water meter).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of A6021 Clifton Lane between its junction with Park Mount and its junction with Parkfield Road on Tuesday 26th November 2024 between 7pm and 11pm.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the
Order will be via Doncaster Road, Doncaster Gate, Wellgate, Clifton Lane
Roundabout; and via Clifton Lane, Aldred Street, Clifton Lane roundabout, Badsley Moor Lane, Wellgate, Doncaster Gate, Doncaster Road and vice versa.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Manhole cover replacement).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Victoria Street from its junction with Robert Street for a distance of approximately 25m in a south easterly direction on Monday 18th November and Tuesday 19th November 2024 between 8am and 5pm each day.
NOTICE is further given that there is no alternative route, the road is a cul de sac. Access will be maintained for residents and emergency vehicles.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Installation of telecommunication apparatus).

NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the
Order will be via Broom Lane, Stag Lane, Worry Goose roundabout, Valley Road, Stag roundabout, Wickersley Road, Broom Avenue and vice versa.
The reason for the prohibition is works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Monhole cover and frame renewal).

the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part
of Ladyfield Road from a point approximately 150m northwest of St Peter’s
Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a north westerly direction from
Monday 18th November until Friday 22nd November 2024 between 8am and 5pm each day.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by
the Order is for Southbound traffic via Packman Lane, Harthill Road and
Ladyfield Road and northbound traffic via Harthill Road, Thorpe Road and
Manor Road.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Crane lift on carriageway).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Northfield Drive from its most westerly junction with Hoades Avenue for a distance of approximately 200m in an easterly direction from Monday 25th November until Wednesday 27th November 2024.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the
Order will be via Hoades Avenue and vice versa.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Water main repairs).
