Devon County Council (Magdalen Road, Exeter) (One-Way) Order 2024
This order was made on 6 November & comes into force 15 November to make permanent Devon County Council (Magdalen Road, Exeter) (One-Way with Contraflow Cycling) Experimental Order 2023 to introduce One Way Except Cycles on Magdalen Road, Exeter westwards from Denmark Road to Fairpark Road. If you wish to question the validity of the order or of any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose. ref imr/DEV001/372 website ref 6245
