What is happening?

(VARIOUS STREETS, CORSTORPHINE)
(LOW TRAFFIC NEIGHBOURHOOD) ORDER 2024 – TRO/21/21A
The Council on 13/11/24 made the above Order, which will come into operation on: 24/11/24. The effect is as stated in The Scotsman dated 12/05/23 & 8/01/24 (TRO/21/21), with (a) changes approved by committee: (1) Manse Road yellow line removal (2) School Streets adjustments (3) Manse Road Bus Lane removal and (b) the removal of measures that were not activated during the experiment. Details of the made Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed free of charge, between 9:30 to 15:30 Mon-Fri from 15/11/24 to 27/12/24 at Waverley Court Reception, 4 East Market Street, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG or online during the same period at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 13/11/24 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
