ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
(Burdett Terrace, Burley, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways for Road Closure required for gas mains replacement works Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person
shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Burdett Terrace, Burley, Leeds in the Kirkstall Ward between its junctions with Bankfield Street and Argie Road. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via:
Barnbrough Street, Bankfield Road, Argie Road and vice versa.
Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 2nd December 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 13th December 2024.

(Knowsthorpe Lane, Cross Green, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways (works to the Skelton Grange waste site), Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Knowsthorpe Lane, Cross Green, Leeds from its junction with Lakeside Way for a distance of 630 metres (except for construction traffic). Access to premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained.
The Order is intended to come into operation be on Monday 2nd December 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Saturday 23rd August 2025. Granville Pugh Ref: RC311768

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Road closure gas mains replacement. Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Kingswood Gardens, Moor Allerton, Leeds in the Roundhay Ward between 4 Kingswood Gardens and Street Lane. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Earlswood Avenue, Westcombe Avenue, Street Lane. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 9th December 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for connection of foul water pipes Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Acres Hall Avenue, Pudsey, Leeds in the Pudsey Ward between its junctions with Kent Road and Acres Hall Crescent. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Acres Hall Avenue, Valley Road, Kent Road and vice versa. Essential access to and from

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Lea Farm Road, Kirkstall Road Closure Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or
permit any vehicle to travel along Lea Farm Road, Kirkstall, Leeds in the Kirkstall Ward between its junctions with Scott Hall Walk to Garth Walk. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Cragside Walk, Broadway, Hawkswood Crescent. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained.
The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 25th November 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways for Works to install district heating pipework Leeds City Council has made an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Byron Street and Bridge Street, Leeds, Leeds in the Little London & Woodhouse Ward between its junction with Leylands Road to outside Leeds College of Building.
A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Leylands Road, Skinner Lane, North Street, Sheepscar Street South, Clay Pit Lane, Elmwood Lane, Lovell Park Road, Grafton Street and vice versa, Leylands Road, Skinner Lane, Sheepscar Grove, Benson Street, Sheepscar Street South, Regent Street, Eastgate, Bridge Street and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 18th November 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Sunday 15th December 2024. The closure will be in place for 24 hrs on each day.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
(Northern Lights Leeds Event – Temple Newsam Leeds) Order 2024
Notice Is Hereby Given that because of the likelihood of danger to the public, (holding of an event at Temple Newsam Park), Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is to introduce the following traffic restrictions for the Northern Lights Leeds Event 2024. 1. No person shall cause
or permit any vehicle to use The Elm Walk. 2. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle (other than a vehicle requiring access to property on or adjacent to the road) to use a. The full lengths of Gibson Drive; Pickard Crt; Barton Crt; Lennox Gdns; Stewart Cl; Manor Gth; Pendil Cl; Maltby Crt; Manor Cft; Newsam Green Rd. b. Colton Rd; between The Elm Walk and with Gibson Drive. c. Pontefract Lane; from Junction 45 of the M1, in a generally easterly direction to its end. d. Temple Newsam Rd; from New Temple Gate, in a southerly direction to its end. 3. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait on a. Temple Newsam Rd; from Selby Rd for its entire length b. Irwin App for its entire length. c. Colton Rd; for a distance of 350m from its junction with Selby Road. The above restrictions will be in force daily between 15:00hrs
and 23:59hrs; from 21 November to 31 December 2024 (apart from Nov 25, 26 & 27 and Dec 2, 3, 9,10 & 25).
The restrictions shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the relevant event. Access for emergency services and pedestrians will be maintained to all premises situated or adjacent to any road or part of road to which restrictions apply including other premises accessible for pedestrians from and only such road. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways (works to repair sewer) Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Morris Lane,
Kirkstall, Leeds in the Kirkstall Ward between its junctions with Back De Lacy Mount and Hesketh Mount. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways (Road closure to replace manhole frame and cover.) Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Harrison Street, Leeds, Leeds in the Little London & Woodhouse Ward between 8 Harrison Street and Cross Harrison Street. The suspension of the bus gate on The Headrow. The suspension of the prohibition of motor vehicles on New Briggate. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Vicar Lane, The Headrow, New Briggate. Essential access to premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Tuesday 19th November 2024 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Wednesday 20th November 2024.
