What is happening?
Warwickshire County Council has made the
following Temporary Traffic Orders:
C88 BILTON LANE, RUGBY
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between its junctions with A4071 and A428.
Reason for Order: Structural patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 20 November 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 20 November 2024.
Access & Diversion: A428, A4071 and vice versa.
Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.
D22750 VALLEY LANE, KITES HARDWICK
Order Effect: Road closed from to vehicular traffic its junction with A426 Southam Road.
Reason for Order: Structural Patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.30hrs.
Order Commences: 19 November 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 19 November 2024.
Access & Diversion: There is no available diversion.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
C174 BIRDINGBURY ROAD,
LEAMINGTON HASTINGS
Order Effect: Road closed between Stockton Road and Post Office Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing works, closed 09.00hrs-15.00hrs.
Order Commences: 3 December 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 5 December 2024.
Access & Diversion: Stockton Road, A426 Southam Road, Birdingbury Road and vice versa. Access/Egress to be maintained where possible to businesses and residents only.
Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.
D2158 TOFT LANE, DUNCHURCH
Order Effect: Road closed in its entirety from A426 Southam Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing works, closed 09.00hrs-15.00hrs.
Order Commences: 2 December 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 4 December 2024.
Access & Diversion: No suitable diversion. Access/Egress to be maintained where possible to businesses and residents only.

D3483 ORCHARD WAY AND D3485
BARTON ROAD, RUGBY
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as follows: Orchard Way — closed in its entirety from its junction with David Road, Barton Road — closed from its junction with Orchard Way to outside property number 35 (including section opposite property number 38) to Hobley Close.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works, 08.00hrs-17.00hrs weekdays only.
Order Commences: 4 December 2024 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 December 2024.
Access & Diversion: For Orchard Way there is no suitable diversion. For Barton Road diversion via David Road, Barton Road and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
