NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council intend to make four orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), the effect of which will:
1. Prohibit all vehicles, except buses, taxis, pedal cycles and private hire vehicles from entering that part of Market Parade as described in Schedule 1 below; and
2. Prohibit all vehicles from entering that part of Spreadeagle Road and Grosvenor House Service Road as described in Schedule 2 below; and
3. Prohibit all vehicles from travelling south-east along Market Parade as described in Schedule 3 below; and
4. Introduce waiting and loading restrictions in the roads surrounding the new Forum development as described in Schedule 4 below.
The orders affect roads in the Westgate Ward within the City of Gloucester in the County of Gloucestershire.
