A37 Ilchester Road, Yeovil in the Parish of Yeovil (Temporary One-Way) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of November 2024 Somerset Council made the above Order in exercise of the provisions of Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the 31st day of October 2024, to introduce a temporary one-way restriction on the road specified in the Schedule below.
This Order will come into operation on the 14th day of November 2024 and will remain in force for 18 months. The Works are expected to commence on the 18th day of November 2024 until the 4th day of December 2024 (between 0000 hours and 2359 hours) to enable Kier, working on behalf of Somerset Council a safe area to carry out footway works.
The restrictions will only apply when indicated by traffic signs.

a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road; b) because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such works.
