facilitate the holding of the Doncaster 10K Run, has made an
Order under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit all motor vehicles
from proceeding in those lengths of road described in the

NOTHING in the Order shall apply:

issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.
