RESTRICTIONS, LOADING RESTRICTIONS & PARKING PLACES) (MAP SCHEDULE) ORDER 2024 (AMENDMENT NO.3) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on14 November 2024 Sheffield City Council made the above Orders which comes into operation on 18 November 2024 under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce:
No Waiting at any time on parts of Carr Road, Carr Road Access Road, Scotland Street and Trafalgar Street
No Waiting Monday to Friday 07.00 to 19.00 on parts of Cross Gilpin Street;
Paid for Parking Spaces Monday to Saturday 08.00 to 18.30 on parts of South Street
No Waiting Monday to Saturday 08.00 to 20.30 on Scotland Street
No Loading at any time on Devonshire Lane, Trafalgar Street, Rockingham Street and Wellington Street
Loading Place on Scotland Street and Wellington Street
Paid for Parking Place on Trafalgar Street
Electric Vehicle Recharging Paid-for Parking Places 08:00 to 20:30 on Devonshire Lane
Electric Vehicle Recharging Point 20:30 to 08:00 on Devonshire Lane
And remove
No Waiting Monday to Saturday 08.00 to 20.30 on Trafalgar Street
No Waiting Monday to Saturday 08.00 to 18.30 on Scotland Street
Paid for Parking Place on Trafalgar Street
Electric Vehicle Recharging Points on Devonshire Lane

or examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Orders or any of their
provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the enabling Act or that a requirement of the enabling Act or any of the relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks of 18 November 2024 make application for that purpose to the High Court.
