The North Yorkshire Council, Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, Amendment No 110 , Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that on 01/11/24 The North Yorkshire Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend “The Borough of Scarborough (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) Consolidation Order 2011” by introducing the restrictions specified in the Schedule below:- Schedule 1 - Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking Scarborough, Hinderwell Road, South East side from a point 49 metres north east of its junction with Edgehill Road to a point 56 metres north east of its junction with Edgehill Road - Disabled Parking Bay.
Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, District of Scarborough, Order 2007, Amendment No 90, Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that on 01/11/24 The North Yorkshire Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend “North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Scarborough) Consolidation Order 2007” by introducing the restrictions specified in the Schedule below:- Schedule - Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking Sleights, Birch Avenue, East side from 6.6 metres north of the southern end of the back of the layby outside nr 55 Birch Avenue to the southern end of front of the layby outside nr 55 Birch Avenue - Disabled parking bay.

Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, District of Scarborough, Order 2007, Amendment No 92, Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that on 01/11/24 The North Yorkshire Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend “North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Scarborough) Consolidation Order 2007” by introducing the restrictions specified in the Schedule below:- Schedule - Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking Filey, West Road, South side from a point 45 metres west of junction with Carlton Road to a point 52 metres west of junction with Carlton Road - Disabled Parking Bay.
Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, Consolidation Order 2011, Amendment No 111, Order 2024 Notice is hereby given that on 01/11/24 The North Yorkshire Council made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend “North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Scarborough) Consolidation Order 2011” by introducing the restrictions specified in the Schedule below:- Schedule - Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking Scarborough, Holbeck Hill, West side from a point 39 metres south east of it’s junction with Holbeck Road to a point 46 metres south east of its junction with Holbeck Road - Removal of disabled parking bay. Copies of the Orders, which comes into operation on 15/11/24, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton & at Scarborough Library, Vernon Road, Town Centre, Scarborough YO11 2NN during normal office hours from 14/11/24 to 13/12/24 & also viewed online at www.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map or www.northyorks.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders. If you wish to question the validity of the above Orders or of any provision contained in them, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within 6 weeks of 01/11/24 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
