BOROUGH COUNCIL OF CALDERDALE

NOTICE

SECTION 122(2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

AND

SECTION 14 EDUCTION ACT 1990

Two Parcels of Land at Spring Hall Mansion,

Huddersfield Road

NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of Calderdale in exercise of their powers under section 122 of the Local Government Act 1972 intends to appropriate two parcels of land at Spring Hall Mansion, Huddersfield Road for educational purposes in accordance with section 14 of the Education Act 1990. The two parcels of land currently consist of open space.

Plans of the two areas of land intended for appropriation are available for inspection upon request by email sent to The Schools Capital Team of Calderdale Council at simon.partington@calderdale.gov.uk

Any member of the public wanting to comment, make a representation or lodge an objection to the proposed appropriation of the two parcels of land should do in writing to the following:-
