(Christmas Lights Event, Littleborough)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order) (Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to:
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Station Road, from its junction with Church Street to its junction with Peel Street.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Station Road, both sides from its junction with Church Street to its junction with Peel Street.
Suspend those parts of the Borough of Rochdale (Civil Enforcement of Traffic Contraventions) (Various Streets) (Pennines Township) Order 2008 along those sections of Highway specified in the temporary prohibition of waiting at any time in this order.
The Order is required to facilitate the Littleborough Christmas Lights Event 2024 within the carriageway.
The Prohibition of Vehicles will be operative from 14:00 hours until 19:00 hours on 30th November 2024.
The Prohibition of Waiting will be operative from 12:00 hours until 19:00 hours on 30th November 2024.
The alternative route for vehicles is via Church Street, Morgan Street, Peel Street, Station Road and vice versa.
(Silver Hill, Milnrow (2))
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order And Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Silver Hill for a distance of 90 metres from its junction with Kiln Lane for a distance of 28 metres in a north westerly direction.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Silver Hill for a distance of 90 metres from its junction with Kiln Lane for a distance of 28 metres in a north westerly direction.
The Order is required to facilitate the replacement of gas mains within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 00:00 hours on the 13th November 2024 until 23:59 hours on the 6th December 2024, or before then if the works are completed sooner.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Silver Hill, Croft Head Drive, Wildhouse Lane, Kiln Lane & vice versa.
(Grafton Street, Rochdale)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order) (Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to:
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Grafton Street from its junction with Channing Street for a distance of 20 metres in an easterly direction on both sides of the road.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Grafton Street from its junction with Channing Street, for a distance of 20 metres in an easterly direction on both sides of the road.
The Order is required to facilitate Installation of new gas mains supply in the highway within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 00:00 on the 18th November 2024 until 23:59 on the 20th December 2024.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Channing Street, York Street, Crawford Street, Moss Bridge Road, Kingsway, Waithlands Road, Grafton Street & vice versa.
(Milnrow Road, Littleborough)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order And Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to :
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Milnrow Road for a distance of 50 metres from its junction with Smithy Bridge Road for a distance of 20 metres in a northerly direction.
(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Milnrow Road for a distance of 50 metres from its junction with Smithy Bridge Road for a distance of 20 metres in a northerly direction. The Order is required to facilitate the replacement of a frame and cover within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 19:00 hours on the 17th November 2024 until 22:00 on the 17th November 2024.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Milnrow Road (Littleborough), Wildhouse Lane, Kiln Lane, Bridge Street, Rochdale Road, Milnrow Road (Rochdale), Albert Royds Street, Halifax Road (A58), Smithy Bridge Road, Milnrow Road (Littleborough) & vice versa.
