Jarmany Hill - Temporary Closure For Work

Parish of Barton St David Temporary Closure of Jarmany Hill
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Jarmany Hill - from 401 metres west of the junction with Main Street to Silver Street, westwards for a total distance of 606 metres. This Order will enable Gigaclear to rectify defective tarmac on behalf of OCU Group.
The Order becomes effective on 14th November 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 19th November 2024 and last until 2nd December 2024 between the hours of 09:00 - 15:00 for a total of 14 days.
