THE BOLTON (REGULATION OF WAITING-LOADING AND UNLOADING! (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2015 (KEARSLEY. FARNWORTH NORTH AND FARNWORTH SOUTH WARDS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. ) ORDER 2024

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect will be as follows:-

Deletions:

No Waiting At Any Time Stoneclough Road (both), Church Road, Prestolee (west), Crompton Road, Prestolee (both), Bridge Street, Prestolee (west), Bridge Street, Prestolee (east) and Buckley Lane (both), Lord Street (both), Church Road (south), Bridge Street (west), Church Road (west), Crompton Road (both) and Crompton Road (both).

No Waiting Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm Crompton Road (both). No Loading / Unloading Monday - Saturday 7:30am - 9:30am and Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 6:30pm Buckley Lane (both).

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect will be as follows:-

Prohibition of driving (POD) except for cycles: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 9:15am and 3:0Qpm-3:45 Primrose Street
