Back Town - Temporary Closure Enable Ocu Group To Carry Out Defective Works

Parish of Butleigh Temporary Closure of Back Town
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Back Town - from the junction with Baltonsborough Road to the junction with Admirals Mead. A total distance of 135 metres. This Order will enable OCU Group to carry out defective works on behalf of Gigaclear.
The Order becomes effective on 28th November 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 5th December 2024 and last until 9th December 2024 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
