NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL DIVERSION OF HI-594, (FORMERLY FOOTPATH NO 38), IN THE PARISH OF HIMBLETON PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2024
What is happening?
The above Order, made on 10/10/2024 under
S119 of the Highways Act 1980, and S53A(2) of
the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert
the public footpath, and modify the definitive
map and statement for Worcestershire
accordingly.
From: The path commences at Stoney Lane
(OSGR) SO 9577 5911; the footpath proceeds
in a SE direction for 32m, before heading south
for 3m to join the junction of footpaths HI-585
and HI-595 at OSGR SO 9579 5909. To: With a
width of 2m, commences on Stoney Lane
(U42200) SO 9577 5911. The footpath proceeds
in a SE direction for 34m to join the junction of
footpaths HI-585 and HI-595 at SO 9579 5909.

been placed and may be seen free of charge at Droitwich Library, Victoria Square, Droitwich
Spa, Worcestershire WR9 8DQ during normal
opening hours.

which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the
Secretary of State for the Environment, Food
and Rural Affairs for confirmation any
representations and objections which have not
been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
