What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984- SECTION (14.1)

The council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Temporary Traffic Orders described below.

AMBERLEY ROAD N13 - 4385

Reason for (14.1) Order - Water Works

  • Operational Date and times:

    "At Any time" on 18 November 2024 for 5 days or until works are completed.

  • The general effect of the Order will be to:

    • Close Amberley Road at its junction with Fox Lane, eastwards for approximately 30 metres; and
    • Suspend parking on both sides of the Amberley Road, from its junction with Fox Lane, eastwards for approximately 20 metres.

      While the road is closed, local diversions will be in operation.

LINWOOD CRESCENT EN1 - 4386

Reason for (14.1) Order - Essential Utility Works

  • Operational Date and times:

    "At Any time" on 18 November 2024 for 12 days or until works are completed.

  • The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on both sides of this road, between its junction with Abercrombie Drive and Bressey Avenue.

FARMLEIGH N14 - 4387

Reason for (14.1) Order - Water Works

  • Operational Date and times:

    "At Any time" on 18 November 2024 for 15 weeks or until works are completed.

  • The general effect of the Order will be to suspend parking on both sides of this road, from a point in line with the south eastern flank wall of No.1 Farmleigh to outside a point in line with the common boundary of Nos.31/33 Farmleigh.

ANGEL ROAD, CONDUIT LANE, GLOVER DRIVE AND MERIDIAN WAY N18 - 4388

Reason for (14.1) Order - Water Works

  • Operational Date and times:

    "At Any time" from 18 November 2024 to 8 days until 9 December 2024 or works are completed.

    From 19 December 2024 to 3 January 2025, works to be suspended.

  • The general effect of the Order will be to:

    1. Glover Drive N18, Compulsory right turn onto Meridian Way N18 and suspension of parking on both sides of the road.
    2. Conduit Lane N18, Southbound road closure and suspension of parking on both sides of the road from its junction with Montagu Road N18.
    3. Glover Drive N18, Road closure at its junction with Meridian Way N18 and waiting and loading restrictions on both sides of the road; and
    4. Leeside Road N18, Road closure at its junction with Meridian Way N18, and waiting and loading restrictions on both sides of the road.

CHURCH STREET, SARNESFIELD ROAD AND CECIL ROAD EN2 – EM55

Reason for (14.1) Order – follow on from 14.2 notice

  • Operational Dates and times:

    Between 19:00 hours and 07:00 hours on 8 November or a further 5 nights or until works are completed.

  • The general effect of the Order will be to:

    • Church Street EN2, Road Closure, at its junction with Cecil Road EN2, eastwards for approximately 200 metres;
    • Sarnesfield Road EN2, Road Closure between its junctions with Church Street and Cecil Road EN2; and
    • Cecil Road EN2, Road Closure between London Road and Church Street.

GREEN LANES N13 – EM56

Reason for (14.1) Order – follow on from 14.2 notice

  • Operational Date and times:

    "At Any time" on 10 November 2024 for 2 days or until works are completed.

  • The general effect of the Order will be to:

    • Close Park Avenue N13 at its junction with Green Lanes N13, eastwards for approximately 5 metres; and
    • Close the northbound cycle lane on Green Lanes N13, at its junction with Fox Lane N13 to the common boundary of Nos.372/374 Green Lanes N13.

      While road closures are in operation local diversions will be in operation.
