GORCHYMYN CEFNFFORDD YR A487 (PONT AR DDYFI I BARC MENAI, GWYNEDD) (GWAHARDDIADAU A CHYFYNGIADAU TRAFFIG DROS DRO) 2024

MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Mae angen y Gorchymyn arfaethedig er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar gefnffordd yr A487, neu gerllaw iddi, o Bont ar Ddyfi hyd at Barc Menai, Gwynedd.

Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gwneud y canlynol dros dro:

i. gwahardd pob cerbyd (ac eithrio’r rhai a ddefnyddir gan y gwasanaethau brys ac ar gyfer y gwaith) rhag mynd ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A487 yn Sir Gwynedd sy’n ymestyn o’i chyffordd â ffordd sirol yr A493 ar ochr ogleddol Pont ar Ddyfi hyd at ganolbwynt ei chyffordd â Chylchfan Parc Menai.

ii. gosod terfyn cyflymder o 40 mya, 30 mya neu 10 mya ar y darn o’r A487 a ddisgrifir uchod. Bydd y terfynau cyflymder o 40mya neu 30mya yn gweithredu’n ysbeidiol yn ystod cyfnod y gwaith. Dim ond pan fydd gwaith confoi yn digwydd y bydd y terfyn cyflymder o 10 mya yn weithredol ac ni chaniateir goddiweddyd ar yr adegau hyn.

Bydd arwyddion traffig a osodir ymlaen llaw yn dangos unrhyw gyfnodau pan fydd y ffordd ar gau yn llwyr a dim ond am gyfnodau byr y bydd hyn yn para. Nid oes angen unrhyw lwybrau dargyfeiriol.

Disgwylir y bydd y gwaharddiadau a’r cyfyngiadau dros dro, y codir arwyddion priodol yn eu cylch, yn dod i rym am 00:01 o’r gloch ar 14 Tachwedd 2024 ac yn weithredol yn ysbeidiol am gyfnod 0 18 mis ar y mwyaf.

Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r Hysbysiad ar wefan Llywodraeth Cymru ar https://llyw.cymru/gorchmynion-ffyrdd

THE WELSH MINISTERS have made an Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which is necessary to undertake works on or near the A487 trunk road from Dyfi Bridge to Parc Menai, Gwynedd.

The effect of the Order is to temporarily:

Any full road closures will be indicated by advance traffic signs and only be for short periods of time. No diversionary routes are necessary.

It is expected that the temporary prohibitions and restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into force at 00:01 hours on 14 November 2024 and operate intermittently for a maximum period of 18 months.
