Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Derbyshire Dales District Council for planning permission/listed building consent in the weeks from 28 October 2024 as follows:

24/00896/LBALT – Widen existing entrance – The Old Rectory, Church Lane, Brailsford (C) (S)

24/00921/FUL – Erection of a stable block – Tythe Barn, Hob Lane, Kirk Ireton (C)

24/00923/FUL – Replace garage door with window and erection of bike store – Whitebeam Cottage, Hillside Lane, Brassington (C)

24/00926/LBALT – Replace two UPVC windows at rear of property with timber frame windows – Brailsford House, Main Road, Brailsford (L)(S)

24/00933/LBALT – Replacement of 3no. Sash windows – Brailsford House, Main Road, Brailsford (L)(S)

24/00942/FUL – Replacement porch – Hopton Hall, Main Street, Hopton (S)(L)

24/00955/LBALT – Proposed removal of existing section of roof and reinstatement works of new roof structure and covering – 9-11A Market Place, Ashbourne (C)(L)(S)

Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area
Applications with the suffix L may affect the character of a Listed Building
Applications with the suffix S may affect the setting of a Listed Building

The applications may be inspected on-line at www.derbyshiredales.
gov.uk. 

Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
