East Renfrewshire, Multiple Traffic Notices, Temporary Restriction to Use of Road
What is happening?
(GREENHILL AVENUE, GIFFNOCK] TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO USE OF ROAD ORDER 2024
On the 8 November 2024 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order authorises the prohibition of parking on the following sections of roads:
(i) Greenhill Avenue, Giffnock - from its junction with Eastwoodmains Road Southbound for a distance 10 meters or thereby, on both sides of the road.
(ii) Eastwoodmains Road - from its junction with Greenhill Avenue extending Westbound for a distance of 10 meters or thereby, on the south side of the road only.
(iii) Eastwoodmains Road - from its junction with Greenhill Avenue extending Eastbound for a distance of 25 meters or thereby, on the south side of the road only.
The Order will come into effect on the 15th November 2024 for a maximum duration on 18 months and will apply only when indicated by the display of appropriate traffic signs/lines in accordance with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
