(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the powers conferred by Sections 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has consented to the Lincolnshire County Council (Freiston/ Butterwick – Public Right of Way 5/1 & 4/1) (Temporary Restriction to Traffic) Order 2023 which came into force on 12 August 2023 subsequently extended until 30 November 2024 is now being extended and continuing in force until 30 November 2026 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the sooner..
The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the right of way.
The effect of the Order will be to close Public Right of Way No.5/1 Freiston & 4/1 Butterwick to all users as between Drove Road & Sea Lane.
The alternative route for users will be signed on site. The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

(BOSTON – VARIOUS ROADS)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order owing to the holding of the Boston Christmas Event.
The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions as detailed in the Schedule.
The Order will be operative between 29 November - 1 December 2024 and apply at all times when traffic signs are displayed.
Diversion routes for affected traffic shall be signposted.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order on Grovefield Lane to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. The Order will come into operation on 25 November 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner. The works are expected to commence on or about 25 November 2024 and continue for approximately 4 weeks. Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.
The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
