The County of Cornwall (B3306 Between Bojewyan And Rose Valley, Pendeen) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Pendeen. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th December 2024, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - B3306 Between Bojewyan And Rose Valley, Pendeen between property known as Keigwin Farmhouse and the junction of Rose Valley.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of highway in Rejerrah. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th December 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Public right of way affected - Bridleway 114, Perranzabuloe between grid reference SW79614 55849 and the property named Saddle Rock Farm.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Marazion. This prohibition is necessary for ditching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th December 2024 to 10th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1600, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for ducting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th December 2024 to 13th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penzance. This prohibition is necessary for electrical chamber repairs and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th December 2024 to 19th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Queen Street, Penzance beyween property number 37 and the junction of Voundervour Lane.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Ives. This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th December 2024 to 15th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.

Roads affected - The Terrace between the property named The Peninsula and the junction of Albert Road, Albert Road between the property named The Edward Hain Centre and the junction of Trelyon Avenue and Trelyon Avenue between the junction of Albert Road and the property named North Lodge, St Ives.
