Amendment - Hours of Control Parking Places and Waiting Restrictions within Zone PP. The Ealing (Old Oak -Zone PP) (Residents Parking Places) (2013, No. 1) Order 2024; The Ealing (Parking Places) (Telephone Parking) (Old Oak -Zone PP) (2013, No. 1) Order 2024; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 920) Order 2024.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, on 11 November 2024 made the above titled Order, under sections 6, 45, 46, 47, 49 and 124 and of Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulati n Act 1984.
The general effect of the made Orders will be to change the current hours of control of the permit parking places, shared use parking places, waiting restrictions in controlled parking zone PP, so that the operational hours of the would now be 8.00am to 8.00pm Mondays to Sundays, and substitute existing parking place with at any time (waiting restriction).
2. The made Order, which will come into operation on 14 November 2024, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order including plans, are available by e- mail from 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov. uk' or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Order were made.
3. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
